Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive human resources and organizational development strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Leadership Development: Design and deliver leadership development programs to enhance the skills and abilities of senior leaders and managers.
- Talent Management: Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Organizational Design: Collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement organizational structures and processes that support business objectives.
- Change Management: Lead and facilitate organizational change initiatives to drive business growth and improvement.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to drive business results and improve employee engagement.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in human resources and organizational development.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
