Position Overview

As a Facility Cleaning Supervisor at Berry's Services Inc., you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various settings.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Work Environment
  • Relocation expenses will be covered by the employer.
  • Work settings include office buildings, commercial facilities, and hospitality venues such as hotels and resorts.
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and train cleaning personnel or coordinate training sessions.
  • Oversee and manage the activities of cleaning staff.
  • Advise on or arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist cleaning staff in executing their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement work schedules for the team.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of 1 to 2 cleaning staff members.
Work Conditions and Physical Requirements
  • Fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines.
  • Tasks may be repetitive and physically demanding.
  • Requires manual dexterity and the ability to perform a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform bending, crouching, and kneeling tasks.
Experience
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
