Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to join our national People team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing people and culture strategies that align with our university's mission, values, and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with academic and business leaders to define, develop, and implement people and culture strategies that support our university's mission and goals.
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Provide guidance and support to leaders and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, leveraging data from engagement surveys, exit interviews, and turnover reports.
  • Ensure that people practices in hiring, performance evaluation, and compensation support a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative organizational culture.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing people and culture strategies that drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with leaders and employees.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex HR issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
