  • Deliver tailored solutions to clients to cultivate and fortify a productive portfolio.
  • Collaborate with product experts to design innovative and personalized solutions that cater to unique client demands.
  • Work closely with client service managers to ensure seamless client integration and retention, adhering to compliance standards.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling to deepen client relationships and expand portfolio share.
  • Enhance client satisfaction by sharing relevant market insights, trends, and updates.
  • Drive innovation in client solutions and pursue new business development as needed.
  • Execute strategic initiatives across various levels of the organization.
  • Network with clients to uncover new business prospects.
  • Manage client credit relationships, coordinating the entire process with underwriting teams while ensuring adherence to policies and institutional protocols.

Required Skills:

  • Over 15 years of relevant experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
  • Extensive knowledge of banking and investment products and procedures.
  • Advanced credit assessment capabilities.
  • Specialized skills in credit and market analysis.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and make informed decisions.
  • Strong focus and prioritization skills.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree required; a master's degree is preferred. CFA designation is advantageous.
