Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the commercial banking segment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to present to customers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in commercial banking or a related field
  • Strong sales and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
