Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Wesco International, Inc. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales of our products and services.
  • Order Management: Obtain, create, and up-sell orders to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including outside sales and marketing, to ensure alignment and achieve sales goals.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of sales and sales administration experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 25%.
