Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Alpine Building Maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring seamless execution of maintenance tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance teams and projects
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
