We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Specialist to join our team at AFC Automotive Finance Canada Inc. Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers through regular communication and meaningful interactions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Work closely with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and balance risk on customer accounts to ensure the long-term sustainability of our business.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure we are providing the best possible solutions to our customers.
- Minimum of three to five years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles.
- Valid driver's license with reliable and dedicated transportation.
- Ability and desire to frequently travel within your market to support our current and prospective customer base.
- Strong understanding of portfolio management, risk, and new business development.
- Ability to use and understand technology required for your position, including mobile applications and software.
- High level of accountability towards local goals and business targets.
- Competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 CAD per year.
- 15% Quarterly Incentive Plan.
