Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

At Fastlaneautoexchange, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to secure customer loyalty and generate business
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets
  • Manage and service existing accounts, as well as develop new accounts
  • Provide customer training and support as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service innovations, market conditions, and competitors to adjust sales strategy accordingly
  • Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and perform other administrative duties associated with the sales function
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Proven experience as a Territory Manager, building and maintaining relationships
  • Experience closing sales and increasing sales and revenue
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs
  • Proficient in MS Office and excellent communication skills
  • Organizational and leadership ability, as well as problem-solving aptitude
