Regional Sales Manager

At Fastlaneautoexchange, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to secure customer loyalty and generate business
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets
- Manage and service existing accounts, as well as develop new accounts
- Provide customer training and support as needed
- Stay up-to-date with product and service innovations, market conditions, and competitors to adjust sales strategy accordingly
- Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and perform other administrative duties associated with the sales function
- 3+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proven experience as a Territory Manager, building and maintaining relationships
- Experience closing sales and increasing sales and revenue
- Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs
- Proficient in MS Office and excellent communication skills
- Organizational and leadership ability, as well as problem-solving aptitude
