Job Title: Assistant Manager, Membership Services

Join the Shaw Festival Theatre team as an Assistant Manager, Membership Services, and contribute to the success of our Membership Program. As a key member of the Membership Services team, you will play a vital role in generating revenue and supporting the Membership Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Membership Manager in generating revenue through donor-centric conversations.
  • Lead the Membership Services team as needed, ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with donors, patrons, and Members, providing a genuine interest in their passion for the arts.
  • Utilize Tessitura to track contacts, coordinate follow-up actions, and process donations.
  • Maintain and update patron portfolios and Member accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Audience Services and Box Office teams to resolve Membership-related issues.
  • Participate in Membership events, including hosting Post-Show chats and other select Shaw events.
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service and supervisory skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the arts and arts-based philanthropy.
