Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Corporate Counsel to join our client's SME team as General Counsel. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building out a legal team and assisting with all legal matters related to the company's portfolio, including family office, real estate holdings, manufacturing, and construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide strategic legal advice to the CEO and other senior executives on corporate and commercial matters.
  2. Lead the development and implementation of legal strategies to support the company's business objectives.
  3. Manage and oversee the company's legal team, including hiring and training lawyers.
  4. Assist with mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, and other corporate matters.

Requirements:

  1. 10+ years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and manufacturing.
  2. Proven track record of success in a senior corporate counsel role.
  3. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and lead a high-performing legal team.
