Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced General Counsel to join our client's SME team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building out a legal team and assisting with all legal matters related to the company's portfolio, including family office, real estate holdings, manufacturing, and construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide legal advice and support to the CEO and other senior executives
  2. Develop and implement legal strategies to support the company's business objectives
  3. Manage and coordinate the work of external counsel and other legal professionals
  4. Assist with mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, and other corporate matters

Requirements:

  1. 10+ years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on manufacturing or construction
  2. Proven track record of success in M&A, real estate, and other corporate transactions
  3. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and lead a high-performing legal team
