Seeking a General Counsel to Join Our Multinational Company

We are searching for a highly skilled General Counsel to join our SME team and assist with all legal matters. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building out a legal team and assisting with our portfolio, which includes family office, real estate holdings, manufacturing, and construction.

This is a true generalist role, requiring a corporate background and the ability to wear multiple hats. If you are a seasoned legal professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all legal matters, including contract review and negotiation
  • Build and manage a legal team
  • Assist with portfolio management, including family office, real estate holdings, manufacturing, and construction
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to senior management

Requirements:

  • Corporate background and experience as a General Counsel or Senior Legal Advisor
  • Strong legal knowledge and skills, including contract review and negotiation
  • Ability to build and manage a legal team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
