We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Terrace. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our motel.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordination and Scheduling
Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless motel operations.
Work Scheduling and ProceduresEstablish and implement work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Supervision and TrainingSupervise and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
Reporting and AnalysisPrepare and submit reports to management on motel operations, including performance metrics and areas for improvement.
Problem-Solving and Quality ControlIdentify and resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Equipment Maintenance and ProcurementMaintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
Supply Chain ManagementRequisition materials and supplies to ensure the motel has the necessary resources to operate efficiently.
Requirements- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment
- English as the primary language of work
- 30 to 40 hours of work per week
