As a Wealth Management Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with Investment Specialists to facilitate the growth of new wealth management business opportunities and foster relationships in targeted markets. In this collaborative model, you will be a vital resource in the effective execution of daily operational tasks, ensuring timely support and delivering exceptional client experiences. Beyond enhancing the growth and servicing of the Investment Specialists' clientele, you will also contribute to a national Administration team.

  • Foster a customer-centric culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank resources, systems, and expertise.
  • Responsible for executing capacity enablers (National Practice Standards) to assist Investment Specialists in expanding their business portfolios.
  • Support operational excellence through the execution of daily administrative tasks and activities.
  • Promote a culture of service excellence by delivering outstanding client experiences.
  • Act as a Trusted Business Partner; build cross-functional relationships to optimize business outcomes.
  • Understand the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture in day-to-day tasks, activities, and decisions.
  • Actively pursue effective and efficient operations while ensuring adherence to business controls to meet obligations regarding operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, and conduct risk.
  • Champion a high-performance environment and contribute to an inclusive workplace.

  • Solid understanding of the investment sales process, gained through experience in financial planning or sales roles.
  • Post-secondary degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Mutual Fund License is required.
  • Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
