- Investigate and resolve customer service issues in a timely manner.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or telesales, preferably in a customer service or inside sales role.
- Experience in auto or mechanical parts is an important asset for this role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Resourceful personality with the ability to find alternative solutions to product delays or sourcing issues.
