Technical Sales Professional

The Opportunity
- Drive revenue growth within key industry account portfolios and secure large new accounts.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, including customer targeting, prospecting, and lead follow-up, to maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to retain and grow business relationships with key accounts.
The Role
- Source and prospect new clients, conduct sales calls, and present product solutions to increase sales in assigned territories.
- Build relationships with decision-makers within existing accounts, creating a relationship strategy, and establishing Wajax as a trusted advisor.
- Review and provide input on target client opportunities, ensuring alignment with overall account strategy.
- Forecast, deliver, and adjust accounts to ensure success against contract terms.
- Collaborate with product experts to identify expansion and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Follow up with customers on orders, quotes, and service requests, and undertake activities to ensure sales, such as competitor analysis.
- Develop proposals and quotes based on client needs, specifications, and product offerings.
- Comply with Wajax's sales process and utilize installed CRM tools (Salesforce).
The Candidate
- Education: Bachelor's degree or College Diploma (an asset).
- Work Experience: Minimum 4 years with a proven record of accomplishment in attaining/exceeding account management and sales goals.
