Bilingual Senior Disability Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Senior Disability Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Group Disability Department, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of long-term disability claims and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough interviews with claimants to gather information and assess their disability status
  • Review and analyze medical documentation to determine the extent of a claimant's disability
  • Make informed decisions regarding the approval or denial of disability claims
  • Communicate with claimants, medical professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure that all parties are informed and up-to-date on the status of their claims
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all claims are processed efficiently and effectively

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (French and English) language proficiency
