Accounting Administrator

The Accounting Administrator is responsible for providing financial support to the Finance Department of Senior Persons Living Connected. This role involves processing accounts payable entries, maintaining accounts payable modules, and resolving purchasing and vendor inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable entries in a timely manner
Maintain and assist accounts payable modules in the accounting database
Process invoices and credits within department guidelines
Resolve purchasing and vendor inquiries as required
Requirements:
Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma in business, finance, or accounting
Two to three years of full-cycle accounting experience or a similar role
Good understanding of accounting principles and guidelines
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
Experience using accounting systems such as ACCPAC, Great Plains, or QuickBooks software
