Job Title: Shipping Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Administrator to join our team at O'Dell HVAC Group. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our shipping department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate shipments, track orders, and handle documentation to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Communicate with internal teams, shipping partners, and carriers to resolve transportation-related matters.
  • Monitor shipments in transit and provide tracking information to internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to handle customer inquiries and complaints related to shipping.
  • Stay informed about shipping regulations, import/export laws, and customs requirements to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in shipping, logistics, or a related administrative role.
  • Familiarity with 3PL platforms, shipping software, and tracking systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
