About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Package Processing Coordinator at CB Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers
  • Coordinate administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Train and support staff on software and equipment usage
  • Understand customer shipping needs and utilize software to meet those needs
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
