About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Clearpath Robotics. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt, handling, and shipment of materials and robots.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and inspect packages from couriers and trucks, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Manage the receipt of purchase orders, accurately recording and storing inventory.
  • Coordinate the timely execution of pick and ship spare parts orders, ensuring efficient inventory management.
  • Assist with the coordination of logistics for off-site demonstrations, events, and trade shows worldwide.
  • Maintain our ERP system to ensure accuracy during transactions, including receiving, inventory transfer, kitting, and shipping.
  • Collaborate with production, purchasing, and client success teams to improve inter-departmental cooperation and effectiveness.
  • Perform cycle counts and rigorously follow FIFO with our parts inventory.
  • Drive a box truck, unloading it with a forklift as required, to deliver parts between internal buildings.

We are looking for a motivated and adaptable individual who is driven to make an impact in their workplace. You should be comfortable navigating a computer and using software tools, with experience in Microsoft Excel and Word. You should also be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements
  • Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word.
  • Comfortable navigating a computer and using software tools.
  • Able to quickly evaluate and assess a problem situation and prioritize courses of action.
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience shipping class 8 and 9 Hazmat Goods.
  • Must be a team player and self-motivated.
Bonus Points
  • Being an code whiz.
  • Previous forklift and/or reach truck experience.
  • Comfortable using pallet jacks.
  • Experience with shipping freight domestically/internationally using UPS and FedEx.
  • Experience working with EPR systems and/or JIRA.
  • Familiar with inventory/cycle counting, finding root causes and solving discrepancies.
