The Logistics Role

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Mitchell Plastics. Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, this role is responsible for the accurate staging of shipments as per customer requirements, preparing shipping documentation, and loading/unloading trucks.

This position requires picking orders, using a scan gun, and assisting in keeping the finished goods area organized and clean. The Logistics Coordinator will also prepare and palletize shipments according to customer requirements, maintain and prepare customer-supplied packaging, and track the receipt of customer packaging and the use of expendables to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Forklift experience is required
  • Shipping and/or Receiving experience
  • Excellent attendance
  • Self-motivation, and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Shift and Availability

We are currently hiring for the Night shift (11:00 pm - 7:00 am). However, candidates must be flexible to work any shift and have the ability to work overtime as required.
