About the Job

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Clearpath Robotics. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt, storage, and shipment of materials and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect packages from couriers and trucks
  • Unload and store materials in a timely and efficient manner
  • Process purchase orders and manage inventory levels
  • Coordinate the shipment of spare parts and materials
  • Assist with the coordination of logistics for off-site demonstrations and events
  • Maintain our ERP system to ensure accuracy during transactions
  • Work closely with production, purchasing, and client success teams to improve inter-departmental cooperation
About You

We are looking for a motivated and adaptable individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Requirements:
  • Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Comfortable navigating a computer and using software tools
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Bonus Points:
  • Experience with shipping class 8 and 9 Hazmat Goods
  • Previous forklift and/or reach truck experience
  • Comfortable using pallet jacks
