Job Summary

Diligent Technical Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Non-Destructive Inspection Technician to join our team. As a key member of our inspection team, you will be responsible for conducting non-destructive tests to ensure the quality and integrity of materials and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Non-Destructive Tests: Utilize various non-destructive testing techniques, including radiography, ultrasonic testing, and liquid penetrant testing, to detect defects and ensure quality.
  • Establish Testing Standards: Develop and implement testing procedures and calibration standards to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Operate Testing Equipment: Set up, calibrate, and operate radiographic and ultrasonic equipment to conduct tests.
  • Interpret Test Results: Develop and interpret radiographic film and calibrate, test, and interpret ultrasonic equipment.
  • Supervise Trainees: Instruct and supervise trainees in non-destructive testing techniques and procedures.
  • Maintain Test Records: Maintain accurate and detailed records of test results and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in non-destructive testing.
  • Certifications: Non-Destructive Testing Certificate.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with attention to detail required.
