About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Non-Destructive Inspection (NDI) Technician to join our team at Diligent Technical Services Ltd. As an NDI Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Tests and Inspections: Conduct thorough tests and inspections to ensure the quality and integrity of materials and products.
  • Establish NDI Techniques and Calibration Standards: Develop and implement NDI techniques and calibration standards to ensure consistency and accuracy in testing and inspection.
  • Operate and Maintain Equipment: Set up, calibrate, operate, and maintain various NDI equipment, including radiographic, ultrasonic, and magnetic particle testing equipment.
  • Develop and Interpret Test Results: Develop and interpret test results, including radiographic film and ultrasonic test results.
  • Supervise and Train: Supervise and train junior technicians and ensure they are properly trained and equipped to perform NDI tasks.
  • Maintain Records and Reports: Maintain accurate records and reports of testing and inspection results.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in NDI or a related field.
  • Certifications: Non-Destructive Testing Certificate.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with attention to detail required.
