About the Role
CASA House is a program designed to provide support to teens facing mental health and addictions challenges. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapeutic interventions to support the well-being of our young residents and their families.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Facilitate engaging therapy sessions with teens and families
- Coordinate case management and collaborate effectively with other professionals involved in the residents' care
- Contribute to staff knowledge and advocate for the needs of children and families within our program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, occupational therapy, or nursing
- Minimum two years of clinical experience working with children and families in a mental health setting
- Current registration with a relevant professional college
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
