CASA Child, Adolescent and Family Mental Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our CASA House program. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day leadership to a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical services to children, youth, and families.

The Program Manager will be responsible for:

  • Providing clinical leadership and oversight to a team of professionals, including psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists, and nurses.
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans that are family-centered, trauma-informed, and evidence-based.
  • Ensuring the provision of high-quality clinical services, including individual, group, and family therapy, social and life skills training, and on-site schooling.
  • Managing budgets, resources, and staff performance, ensuring the efficient delivery of services.
  • Collaborating with the Senior Manager, Clinical Operations and Medical Lead to identify service delivery improvements and suggest enhancements.
  • Ensuring patient safety, reporting, and risk mitigation.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in clinical psychology, social work, occupational therapy, or nursing, and a minimum of five years of clinical practice in child and family mental health. They will also have a minimum of two years of clinical leadership experience in a mental health setting.
