Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Inside Sales team member specializing in HVAC, noise, and vibration isolation systems to join our team at Vibro-Acoustics by Swegon. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and industry knowledge to support our clients in the selection, quotation, and provision of V-A solutions that address their unique requirements for different HVAC applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Consultation: Identify and access customer needs, offer V-A engineered products, and provide technical guidance and recommendations.
  • Engineering and Solution Approach: Utilize company's CPQ software and tools to select noise and vibration isolation solutions, review engineering drawings, and provide product selection to optimize system performance.
  • Solution Selection and Integration: Evaluate and select appropriate solutions, materials, and components for noise control, vibration isolation, and coordinate with reps while quoting solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, preferably in Mechanical engineering.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Technical Sales role, HVAC, noise control, or vibration isolation.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, noise and vibration control principles, and relevant industry standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, project management experience, and analytical mindset.
