Total Compensation Package
  • Competitive base salary range: $75,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year.
  • Annual bonus of up to 35% based on individual and company performance.
  • $800/month vehicle allowance and mileage reimbursement.
  • Generous time-off policy, including 3 weeks of vacation, 5 staff/sickness days, and 3 float days.

Job Purpose and Responsibilities

The primary objective of this role is to serve as the front-line salesperson responsible for executing agreed sales and profitability targets within a defined territory. This involves developing new business and expanding existing customer relationships.

Territory and Work Environment

This is a remote position, requiring frequent travel and work from home or on the road. The territory spans Quebec City and surrounding areas, with a focus on developing new business and expanding existing customer relationships.

Key Activities and Deliverables
  • Develop and manage a relevant sales pipeline for assigned accounts.
  • Execute regionally aligned accounts receivable plans, achieving agreed financial and non-financial goals.
  • Maintain high-level contact with existing and potential clients, providing relevant information and cutting-edge technologies.
  • Present and provide training to customers on the use and application of our products.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and customer communications.
  • Manage complex customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Attend industry seminars and trade shows, as determined by the Sales Manager.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bilingualism: Advanced French and basic English.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the vehicle body finish coating industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills at all levels of management, peer groups, and clients.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and balance priorities.
  • Basic computer skills, including email, Microsoft Office, and report sending.
  • Ability to travel extensively by car and work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
