Total Compensation
- Base salary ranging from $75,000.00 to $95,000.00 annually.
- Annual bonus of 35% based on individual and company performance.
- Monthly vehicle allowance plus mileage reimbursement.

Job Purpose
This role serves as the primary sales representative responsible for achieving designated sales and profitability objectives within a specified territory. This includes generating new business opportunities and expanding relationships with existing clients.
Territory
The designated area includes Quebec City and its surrounding regions, extending from Drummondville to Trois Rivières and north of Quebec City. This position is remote, allowing for work primarily from home or on the road.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee a robust sales pipeline for assigned accounts.
- Implement regionally and globally aligned accounts receivable strategies while meeting established financial and operational targets in line with company budgets.
- Keep clients informed about relevant developments and advanced technologies, maintaining high-level engagement with management from both existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct presentations and provide training to customers regarding the application and use of the company’s products.
- Ensure prompt and accurate processing of all orders and customer communications.
- Address and resolve complex customer complaints effectively.
- Participate in seminars and trade shows as directed by management, occasionally accompanying clients to explore new technologies.
Qualifications
- Bilingual: Proficient in French and basic English.
- At least three years of experience in the vehicle body finishing coating sector.
- A minimum of three years of sales experience.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills across all levels of management, peer groups, and clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective presentation abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with email, Microsoft Office, and report generation.
- Willingness to travel over 50% of the time by car and maintain a flexible work schedule, including occasional nights and weekends.
