About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales Representative in Quebec City and surrounding areas. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing agreed sales and profitability targets within a defined territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage a relevant sales pipeline for the respective accounts.
- Execute regionally/globally aligned accounts receivable plans while achieving agreed financial and non-financial goals in accordance with company budgets.
- Keep the client informed of relevant information and "cutting-edge" technologies and maintain high-level contact with the management of existing and potential clients.
- Presentation and training to customers on the use and application of the company's products.
- Ensure that all orders and other customer communications are processed quickly and accurately.
- Manage complex customer complaints.
- Attend seminars and trade shows as determined by the Sales Manager, and occasionally travel with the customer to see new technologies.
- Bilingualism: Advanced French and basic English.
- Minimum of 3 years in the vehicle body finish coating industry.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills at all levels of management, peer groups, and clients.
- Must have interpersonal and effective presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and balance priorities.
- Basic computer skills; email, Microsoft Office, sending reports, etc.
- Ability to travel more than 50% of the time by car and work a flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends on occasion.
