Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Charter Sales Executive to join our team at Skyservice. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for fostering connections with potential clients, driving outside sales achievements, and guiding the sales process from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and engage new business prospects, build effective networks with potential and previous clients, and maximize revenue.
  • Lead Generation: Cultivate new business opportunities, develop a database of qualified leads, and utilize various strategies such as networking, marketing campaigns, and alternative sales channels.
  • Client Relationships: Discover and cultivate new qualified sales prospects, convert pre-qualified leads to new clients, and understand the goals for each managed owner's aircraft.
  • Market Knowledge: Possess a well-informed, innate, and timely knowledge of the charter market, its trends, competitors, and client preferences to inform sales strategies.
  • Proposal and Presentation: Prepare and present charter quotations to clients, handle and finalize customer inquiries and bookings for charters, and maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
  • Team Collaboration: Sell in consultation with other members of the sales team, make recommendations to prospects and clients on various service solutions, and participate in the development of marketing programs.
  • Client Service: Develop business relationships with operators and brokers, adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes, and act as an ambassador of the Skyservice brand externally.
Requirements
  • Experience: Between 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in aviation charter outside sales.
  • Education: Post-secondary education in aviation management or a related field.
  • Skills: Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas related to charter sales, proficiency in generating new business and surpassing sales targets, and complete understanding of pricing, profitability, and proposal models.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong business acumen, polished and professional approach, strong network of contacts, ability to work with little direction and under pressure, and flexible schedule with evening and weekend work as required.
