About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at J & S Cabinet Doors Ltd. as a strategic leader who can drive business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing productivity.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and vision.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, maintaining a professional image and reputation.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring the company's financial stability and growth.

  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail in all aspects of work, ensuring accuracy and quality in decision-making and problem-solving.

Requirements
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in operations management.
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
