- Staffing and Recruitment: Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration and conduct performance reviews.
- Store Operations: Assist the Store Manager in planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily store operations.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or management role.
- Permanent employment with 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
