  • Staffing and Recruitment: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire, and supervise staff to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, with a strong background in retail management and business development.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
