Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily store operations, including managing staff, assigning duties, and evaluating daily performance.
  • Merchandise Management: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, locate and select merchandise for resale, and ensure that our store is stocked with the right products.
  • Staff Management: Manage staff, conduct performance reviews, and determine staffing requirements to meet the needs of our store.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints and issues, and ensure that our customers have a positive experience in our store.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Work Setting: Retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure.
