Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at CAN ASIA ENTERPRISES LTD. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Services Coordination: Oversee the coordination of administrative services, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Financial Management: Collect and record administrative and service fees, and assist in preparing annual budgets.
  • Research and Planning: Conduct research and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Staff Supervision: Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.
  • Corporate Governance: Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established guidelines.
  • Human Resources: Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, and interview, hire, and provide training for staff.
  • Financial Planning: Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise office and volunteer staff, ensuring effective team management.
