We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at JM BUILT HOMES LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility, organized, and reliable.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees:
  • Provides diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees.
