Job Title: Administrative Assistant
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team at Cordial Convenience. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and Confirmations: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events on behalf of our team.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Office Management: Maintain accurate records, order office supplies, and ensure the inventory is up-to-date.
- Documentation: Type, proofread, and edit correspondence, forms, and other documents as required.
- Technology: Utilize MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office to perform data entry and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
Work Environment:
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
