About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Charanjit Singh Bath. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Medication Administration: Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Household Tasks: Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Errands: Accompany clients on errands, such as grocery shopping and banking.
  • Exercise and Activity: Assist clients with regular exercise, such as walking, and engage in activities that promote physical and mental well-being.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
