Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health Services Manager to join our team at Winnipeg Regional Health Authority. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multi-disciplinary teams to deliver safe, effective, and efficient health services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement clinical quality frameworks and patient care pathways
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure safe and effective client care
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to drive service excellence
  • Provide operational management in a fiscally responsible manner
Requirements
  • 5 years of recent progressive management experience in a large, publicly funded health services delivery organization
  • Experience leading a clinical team within a unionized environment
  • Experience implementing program planning, development, and evaluation
  • Postsecondary degree/diploma in a relevant health discipline from an accredited education institution
  • Active member in good standing of an associated regulatory body
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities in a healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of relevant professional regulatory requirements and legislated acts
  • Experience working with individuals from diverse cultural, social, and ethnic backgrounds
