About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Sales Operations to join our team at CC Maple Inc. as a key member of our sales leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize sales processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or marketing.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field.
  • Skills: Proven track record of driving sales growth, excellent leadership and communication skills, and ability to analyze and improve sales processes.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities.
