Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Number 7 Sales Ltd. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales Floor Management: Ensure the sales floor is well-organized and merchandise is displayed effectively to maximize sales.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels and prevent stockouts.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
