Key Responsibilities- Allocate resources, including material, human, and financial, to implement organizational strategies and initiatives.
- Authorize and establish major departments along with senior staff roles.
- Coordinate operations across various regions, divisions, or departments.
- Set objectives for the organization and develop or approve policies and programs.
- Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives as necessary.
- Oversee the overall operations of the company.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, procedures, and internal controls.
- Lead teams of data administrators in creating and enforcing data policies and standards.
Manage a team of more than 20 individuals.
Technical Skills- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word.
Must pass a criminal record check.
Work Conditions- Fast-paced environment requiring the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage a large workload.
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- Flexibility and organizational skills.
- A strong team player.
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a managerial role.
