Requirements:
- Current cosmetology license as required by provincial regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong business acumen, with experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Basic math skills and ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
Physical Requirements:
- Good eyesight, including close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to stand, lift, and move around the salon, occasionally lifting 10-15 lbs.
- Comfortable with fragrances and chemicals used in hair treatments.
