Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily salon operations, including staff supervision and customer service.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Collaborate with our training team to ensure our stylists receive the best possible training and support.
  • Act as a coach and mentor to our salon employees, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
  • Recruit, train, and develop new talent to join our team.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership and management experience in a salon or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Current cosmetology license and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
