Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at JPK Food Service Inc. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Direct and supervise a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
    • Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork and excellent customer service.
  • Operations Management
    • Develop and implement efficient food preparation and service procedures to meet quality control standards.
    • Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and that their complaints or concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit budgets and cost estimates for food and supplies.
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Setting
    • Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service and quality food preparation.
  • Physical Capabilities
    • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
