Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Quality Control and Customer Service
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring accurate ordering and inventory management.
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative and Reporting
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Work Environment and Conditions
    • Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
    • Standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills.
    • Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment.
