Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at JPK FOOD SERVICE INC. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Lead and coordinate the activities of food preparation and service staff
  • Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure food and service meet high standards
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of customer service
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
